We were warmly welcomed when entering the store. The staff very friendly and professional throughout purchase and were extremely helpful in preparation of wrapping and helping to load onto trailer. My hat is off to each member for their personable help

Prices are fantastic and even better, Xavier at the TN location went WAY above and beyond to help us purchase items and set up delivery to help a family member with very specific needs. We had to order from several states away and he made sure we were totally taken care of. We feel like we are in good hands even though we are ordering from 2 thousand miles away for a special delivery in TN.

I recently purchased a sleeper sofa. The purchase was smooth and the store staff very accommodating. The sofa was delivered today and the experience was totally stress free. Brendan and Logan were very professional, courteous, and pleasant. I have a narrow upstairs stairway and was a little concerned that the sofa might not make the climb! Brendan and Logan, however, handled that challenging situation with total ease. They did an awesome job! Thank you Brendan and Logan!!

Brought my computer in on Friday bc it's nit working.got told nothing could be done until sat called Sat morning got told they would call me back they nvr did.i had to recall three times only to be told the service center is closed on Sat which means this situation should have been rectified when I brought it in Friday do not appreciate being led around by the nose especially when the price for my computer is twice market value.i have rented from aarons stores in the past and nvr got this treatmentthinking abt taking my business else were.

I came in looking for a bed, and having low credit, I was able to afford a reasonably nice one. On top of good merchandise, the customer service is above and beyond what most people would do. They've helped me with various issues and have been very professional. Also, a side note, they've helped my credit to the point that I was able to purchase a house. I highly recommend doing business with them, especially if you're looking to build your credit.

We had a great experience! Called to get pricing one day. Spoke with Hannah who helped seek out what we needed, texted me pictures of the bunk beds that were in our budget to make sure I knew what to ask for when we came in. She also texted me the info for SNAP financing so I could do it at home. Went in the next day and the staff and owner went above and beyond to help us in our situation. Will definitely be back.

Good people to deal with. Violet was so easy to deal with. She is one of a kind. Will definitely go back and see her when I need more furniture. And she is easy on the eyes also.
