I’ve been a customer for years. I have purchased several items and paid them off as well as on time every much. I purchased a couch from this location. With in three months the couch started to rip at the seems. When. I called I was met with a rude employee stating wear and tear isn’t covered even though I had just purchased it. I got tired of arguing about it and just dealt with the rips. I still paid my lease on time every month. The couch is so terribly put together that now the entire frame is broken to the point you’re basically sitting on the ground. When calling about this issue I am told they refuse to help me because the couch is ripped?? Seems like a joke and a loyal customer means nothing. So that’s fine. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this company.

Honestly the employees felt extremely rude. They wouldn’t even help us. We were looking for a bed and had questions but no one was there. All of the employees went into a room behind the counter and not once came out. Aside from the employees, the prices are awful. For example they had a Nintendo Switch for $89.99 a month. In the end of the lease you would have paid over $800 dollars for the console when you can save for a few months and buy a brand new one straight out for $300.

Brought my computer in on Friday bc it's nit working.got told nothing could be done until sat called Sat morning got told they would call me back they nvr did.i had to recall three times only to be told the service center is closed on Sat which means this situation should have been rectified when I brought it in Friday do not appreciate being led around by the nose especially when the price for my computer is twice market value.i have rented from aarons stores in the past and nvr got this treatmentthinking abt taking my business else were.

My husband and I went in less than an hour before closing this past Friday evening. Violet met us with such enthusiasm to help us with what we needed. She was very knowledgeable in the inventory, and the starting up process. She made it painless. Violet was amazing. She helped make it possible for my family to make big steps to bettering ourselves. And we have Violet, and Aaron's to thank for that. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Ask for Violet, she is wonderful and will get it worked out for you!!!!!!!! Thank you Violet!!!!

Good people to deal with. Violet was so easy to deal with. She is one of a kind. Will definitely go back and see her when I need more furniture. And she is easy on the eyes also.
