Updated. They say $80 a month but with fees and etc it makes it $108. They tell you something on the phone and then it's not like that at all. So stay away. Penny deal but has a list of everything that’s on the front page of it saying you can’t get any of them for a penny. Also it’s not lease to own if you are paying double MSRP, that’s just scamming people.

I'm mad because I got a couch and not even two days goes by. My daughter comes to me and my wife tells us something crawling on her. I went to them, and show them pictures of a bug that's was on the couch. So they come out to get the furniture and they are looking at my old furniture that been outside for 3weeks.and they try to say I have bug when bugs are going to get on the old furniture outside I don't even have bugs in the house at all and they seen I didn't have any bugs either. now I can't get my money back for something I didn't have not even a week 😡

The lady who works here is very very rude on the phone ! We were trying to return a bed and they kept giving us the run around about what time and day they were coming to pick up the bed. Been trying to get them to pick up the bed since the beginning of June, kept setting up times for them to come get it and no one ever showed up and then we scheduled two more pick up times but apparently the employees dint put it in the system for it to be picked up, so we got a call from another employee, who was extremely rude and told us we have to pay the past due balance of June when we have been trying to get them to get it since the beginning of June ! And it’s currently the middle of July and we still have the bed getting the running around about the pick up times and the lady who was on the phone was screaming giving very much attitude. Will never go back there and don’t recommend at all !

I love Aaron's products and I've been a customer with them for a few years now. I dont know her name but the lady in the office I'm assuming the manager, but she was super helpful and nice but the girl that was sitting in the showroom was very rude to me 2 different days. Fist person at Aaron's that has ever been rude in the past 2-3 years.
