Absolutely amazing experience. Krystal was great!

This is my second purchase from Hometown Sheds (see picks below). Krystal was knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. She printed and emailed me the designs for each shed which allowed me to compare choices and make an informed decision. On my third visit my husband went with me and up to this point I had only considered a 12x24. I showed him the choice I made but then we saw the 12x32 shed. I don’t know how I overlooked it but I changed my mind and Krystal and I redesigned again. I picked colors that matched my current home, added 2-36 in 9 lite doors, and extra outlets. I spoke with Robert several times prior to delivery day to coordinate the best delivery time. He explained the blocks we needed and offered to bring them. However, we chose to get our own. On delivery day it looked like a tiny house was being delivered. The setup process was not rushed. Robert made sure the shed was placed exactly where we wanted. Care was taken to get the shed leveled and he communicated a slight issue I may have with the doors but to call him and he would come back. I appreciated the fact that he disclosed that up front because after a couple days my husband said to call. My shed space is being used for an office and I absolutely love it! If you need additional space whether it be for storage, crafts, or office I encourage you to check out Hometown Sheds and ask for Krystal.

I purchased a10x12 shed. Exactly what I was looking for at at awesome price. Fast delivery and set up. The place I needed it situated on my property was very tight and I wasn’t sure it could be done. When the delivery guys, Donnie and Steven showed up, they insured me it could be done. These guys took the necessary time and patience to place it perfectly. They were very professional, attentive to detail and showed concern for my property. Donnie set the shed using a mule and only had a couple inches clearance between obstacles. Just can’t say enough how great of a job they did. Thanks to Hometown Sheds in Henderson, NC for making this a smooth transition. From the purchase to the delivery was fantastic.
