Excellent. Best buy ever. I rented one computer and it didn't meet my needs after the month period I returned it no questions asked. Then I returned and asked for a special order for a gaming laptop. Not only did it meet my needs but went beyond my expectations. It not only got in by the date given but its also beyond what I thought it would be. Ive purchased here before any time Ive had a issue they have went beyond what I thought they would. Id purchase here again and again if you asked. Excellent company.

We are long time customers of the rent a center location in Carlisle PA on Spring Garden Street and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them and all of their employees. Danyelle, Curtis, Adam and Anthony. We recently ordered and received a mattress and box spring and it was delivered by Adam and Anthony on 12/22/2025. Both gentlemen were just the best. Went way above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we live on the 9th floor of a large building so delivers are not easy. They were so friendly and my dogs just fell in love with them. Set everything up, took away all the packaging supplies, explained in detail how to attach the headboard when we get one, just the best of the best. Five stars and many many kudos!
