Employee broke pipe in basement when removing washer. I called and asked them to fix it. I was laughed at and the kid working there said that the rent a center did it not him. Do not do not do not go to these people. Never have I been treated like this. Very unprofessional and sloppy.

Danyelle is one of the best customer service professionals I’ve ever met, on any platforms. Super helpful, friendly, just awesome! Ditto for Curtis too! We are long time customers of the rent a center location in Carlisle PA on Spring Garden Street and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them and all of their employees. Danyelle, Curtis, Adam and Anthony. We recently ordered and received a mattress and box spring and it was delivered by Adam and Anthony on 12/22/2025. Both gentlemen were just the best. Went way above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we live on the 9th floor of a large building so delivers are not easy. They were so friendly and my dogs just fell in love with them. Set everything up, took away all the packaging supplies, explained in detail how to attach the headboard when we get one, just the best of the best. Five stars and many many kudos!
