I placed an order last Monday, was approved had a delivery time, had my auto payments set up even had next payment date. I was scheduled for the delivery date of 03-10-26. 1-4 pm the time came I never had a delivery date. I called the store was told they tried calling and left voicemails, I NEVER received either. I chalked it up as mistakes happen and we set everything else up my references were called ext. new delivery date was 03-11-26 at 1-4 pm. At 11 am on delivery day I receive a phone call from them from another guy asking me all of the same exact questions. I asked and stated I already did this and was confused on why I was being asked again the same questions. He said I have a business and I’m doing my job. He then asks about previous store I had business with which I returned due to not being able to afford it. Which has been 6-7 ish years I am also in recovery and have been for years so sometimes my memory isn’t all there. I thought being honest would be okay so I stated that, his whole demeanor changed at that exact moment. He asked my landlords number as well as my employer (which is fine) but he then says that my item would not be delivered until he figured everything out bc he had a business to run and my business is concerning. I asked for him to call back to me not what was going on. I called back about two hours later and was told I still haven’t spoke to anyone so your delivery will be delayed now. As a recovering addict I felt completely ashamed n small. As a business I feel you should have better managers. All I wanted to do was revive my item make my payments and go about my day. Worst incountwr of my life.

Thanks to Jason at Rent-A-Center in Butler he is a wonderful manager I bought a upright freezer from them and on Monday I have a new table and a new flat top electric stove he has been so nice and so cooperative and listens to my stories when I'm having a bad day so I'm hoping that everybody else has such good service with Jason at Rent-A-Center

Extremely rude staff I've never had a issue in all my years with them until now. They all need lessons on how your supposed to handle yourself in a professional setting aswell as not hang up on customers when they r asking questions. I will be ending our contracts soon.

The most harassing people I have ever met. They added the benefits plus to my account without permission adding to the bill. Do not deal with this company! I would give them 0 stars if it was an option!

I got a computer for my daughter's birthday, after the one I ordered from Best Buy, was "accidentally" sold before I arrived. Even though I called ahead and said I was coming. I was able to go to Rent-A-Center and get a computer bundle at a better price, the same day (her birthday), and was able to make payments over time, so it didn't cause me any financial stress. The staff was helpful and really worked everything out for me. So, I am greatful and will continue to get more items there as needed. My family and I are extremely satisfied customers.

Very Helpful People who are very polite & made it very easy to handle the paperwork & the delivery was not so easy for the delivery guys, they went above & beyond the call of duty getting this HUGE couch in my door, they actually had to take the door off! But they did it with the best attitude & never once did any complaining! Thank you RAC! This is my new couch and it's my favorite couch I've ever had ❤️
