The men that delivered our washer and dryer this evening were incredibly kind. They knew the product and were able to answer all questions that we had. They helped to resolve an issue that we had caused ourselves even though it wasn't their fault. They accepted responsibility for our error and made it right. Our error should have changed the price of our product by making it a little bit more expensive however they honored the original agreement with us and we paid no extra. Great company, great service, great people, great merchandise at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Premier rental. Once our washer and dryer are paid off, we are going to look into a living room suit. I might be able to convince my hubby that eventually we need a whole home makeover furniture wise. Christmas is coming..we have kids into gaming. They have systems and gaming equipment and furniture. Definitely something to consider especially considering the great service we received all together. Thank you premier !

Both men that brought us our equipment, were very knowledgeable and extremely kind! They went above and beyond to help us. When we ordered our washer and dryer, we ordered electric and needed gas. That was our error. They corrected our error despite the chaos that it caused for them and fixed our issue. Such kind men. Great people, great company, great deals!! 💯 Recommend this company

Absolutely amazing experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I didn’t catch their names but the two gentlemen that got my queen mattress to me were amazing! I showed them the way and it was a tight squeeze and a little bit of a fight but they got it where it needed to go and I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would recommend premier any day!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Eric and Travis were so nice and professional. They worked hard to get the refrigerator into my house. They tried several ways until they got it right! They never complained once! I appreciate great service like the kind I’ve received today.
