Brandon and the others at the Urbana, Ohio store are amazing! They will help in anyway possible. I've been purchasing with the company before it was rent a center. It's hard to find the correct person to run a store. I'm in retail and it's a rough world in the retail business. I'd not be a customer if Brandon was to leave. Thank you all at the Urbana, Ohio location.

Whenever I need anything for my home, I am able to find it here. The staff are always amazing and go above and beyond to help me. And I always appreciate them so much! I’ve been a customer for years and I will continue to be.

Dryer didn’t work on delivery even tho said it worked. Had to leave 2 loads of laundry sit for 2 days an re wash. It’s 45 mins to the closest laundry mat As they couldn’t deliver for 2 days. No sort of compensation for the inconvenience an add cost of trying to dry clothes 5 times. Highly disappointed. Debating on sending back a going elsewhere.

The staff at RAC is always friendly and helpful. They remember who I am when I go in to pay my bill. The one time I had a problem with my washing machine they came the same day to drop off a "loaner" for free and picked up mine. They brought mine back when they said they would and it is still working great. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
