Customer reviews
Manager Charles is great. Very nice and professional and went out of his way for me when my refrigerator went out in the 90 degree heat. My experience with him will not be forgotten. Thank you for your hard work and positive attitude 😊
After paying off multiple appliances for a total of over $5000, and then being told we have a month free. Well, when we went to redeem said free month for a new bedroom set, we were declined all of a sudden, with nothing to be done because of a “third party”. The fact they can just overcharge for items for double the value and then completely deny you is terrible customer service.
Online it says they open at 10:00 am no one ever answer the phone!!!!
Has had my dryer out for repairs for 2 months because theyre backed up? Unacceptable. Pay someone else to fix it if you guys are that backed up. I wont be getting anything else from here.
Charles was a great and friendly salesman. I really enjoyed talking to him and setting up everything. I also liked how they delivered my items ahead of schedule and made it possible for me to get laundry going once again.
Really nice people working there now unlike before different management made the difference
Terrible customer service i got approved sent the t.v to the store then they said i wasnt approved and canceled my lease. I had to call them they couldnt even call me. Lazy!!! Worst experience hands down. Do not go here
