They tell you one thing and do another. They are a dishonest store. If you must rent go elsewhere rent to own or somewhere just avoid Aaron's. Take the time to read the reviews.
Don't bother calling they don't ever answer the phone
My mom got a couch through this awful building / company and the employees have called her non stop about payments even though they’ve been taking out the payments and they tried to over charge her on a payment because they messed something up that is there mess up not my moms not to mention the non stop phone calls non stop from them ! I definitely think NOBODY at ALL should be getting anything at all from this place they will just call you non stop make excuses for over charging you out of nowhere it’s disgusting most of the businesses in Hillsboro are a complete joke and do nothing but take peoples money and bother you sad sad building / company . Let’s just say the couch will be given back as soon as possible and my poor mother will wash her hands from that mess. Do better respectfully or shut down!
After receiving a couch we found they were charging us for twice what the couch was worth based on the contract when we asked them to take it back took them a week to collect it then on the day they came to get it we were in another room and they knocked lightly waited less than 2 minutes before driving off. We called the store the driver lied saying he waited longer than he actually did as my children were witnesses, when the driver came back he was rude made comments how he’s passed his clock out time mind you we called them back 2 minutes after the they left due to the paper they left with the time and date on it, then he took the couch out of the house aggressively and left our door wide open. We called to make a complaint and found out the driver made up a lie saying my husband threw an ottoman at him which never happened
It’s already a predatory company taking advantage of poor people. Then they begin harassing you for a payment before your payment is even due.
Do not trust this place. Pulled money from cc without permission. And never gave them permission to save my cc info. That's super shady. Nothing but problems at this location. Do they even have a district manager?
