I called them right up and spoke to Gavin for a new iPad for my job. I am a tattoo artist so it is a needed tool. Gavin got everything said and done and drove 2 1/2 hours out of his way to drop it off personally to me under 20 bucks they are extremely awesome and offer the best customer service I’ve had in the entire time I’ve been in the industry

Thi is far by one of the worse plays to rent furniture I thought I was getting some new furniture to pay on when I geor the furniture it had burnt holes on there also looks like some had animal with hair on there and also I ask them how much was weekly payments he told me 44a week and after I complained about my furniture he said it’s 50 who in they right mind is going to pay 50 a week for some displayed rand down furniture and they have been harassing me about they merchandise talking about press charges because they have to be insane they when I’m at work call if y’all coming they horrible not professional DONT NOT RENT FROM THEM rent a center wouldn’t never treat they customer like that 👎👎👎👎

They went through my account and started running cards until they got one they could get money off of. Essentially stealing , because the card they ran was a card that was intended for a one time use months ago that belonged to my kids father who was helping me out at the time.

This place will tell you one thing then when you ask them about it again they change what they said . Basically implying that you are a liar . When I asked for the number to Corporate the general manager gave me a number that sends you to a person that you have no way or leaving a message for .

Terrible..bait and switch tactics....been advertising for months..products they cant supply..trying to up sell you..eastgate employees are soo rude!!.. Complain to Ohio Attorney Geneneral internet division...
