Great customer service!
It was great service already but now the new manager Chico and Ms. Toya has stepped this place up to the next level, they really care about you and treat you like family. They Truly go above and beyond to get you quality products at a great price. I truly appreciate them at this Rent-a-center and they work with you and I'm telling you now once you step foot in this store the beautiful quality products, the beautiful energy and the way they go above and beyond to get you what you need and want like your truly Family top's it off. In My opinion and experience with years with Rent-a-center this one is Special and I'm happy to spend my money with them oh, and they are trustworthy because they do really care !! I keep them all in My Prayers they are Awesome and so is there service and quality products.

I’ve gotten a couch from them paid it off and they called saying I owed them another $70 bucks. I gave that to them thinking maybe I’ve made a mistake but I was sure I didn’t. Now they’re calling saying I owe them 1,200 for a PS5 that I’ve paid off. PS5 doesn’t even cost that much, they say it cost 2,000 for a PS5. Also they’re claiming that didn’t receive the couch that I was selling back to them but they’ve paid us for it, ¿why would y’all pay us for something you haven’t received back?

This location is the best location Collon is really nice funny and helpful i got my full bedroom set and she help me with big discount because my financial situation and i really love how they keep taking care of their mony cause manny scammers nowadays but i never had no issue with this location, even the delivery dude is so helpful and Collon is really funny person love her !!! Highly recommend this location
