I have been doing bussiness here for years. I was in today 12/26 ( totally don't remember her name) she was amazing!!!! Very helpful and friendly. We need more people like this

Liz was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went above & beyond for I'm sure our annoying request so early in the morning!!! Lol but she did it with a smile which is rare these days . Definitely will send people to this location Liz made every thing so easy & didn't take long at all. She is definitely a keeper don't let her get away!!!

I love renting from Liz at the rent a center on Galbraith Rd. She is so knowledgeable about their merchandise. She always pleasant and has a very good attitude. Whether on the phone or in person, you always come first and she will make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Don’t ever purchase anything from them ! I got a dryer from them paid it off in two months the week after I already paid it off the dryer goes out and they are not willing to help me by replacing it or give me my money back so I go purchase a new dryer!! Their customer service is rude and nasty . Before going anywhere to get any item, especially appliances like a washer or dryer, please, please go somewhere else. Do not go there. They will not replace anything. Regardless, they don't care what the circumstances are. They're not going to replace it. They are simply money hungry and just will sale you anything! And not care definitely going to speak with the district manager!
