Absolutely terrible with awful customer service at this store location on Ferguson. Purchased a couch, was told that it would be delivered on a certain date. Only to be told that no that I am a liar and it isn't being delivered until another date, that the time and date they gave us was just when they were "picking it up from another store, not the delivery date." I would 100% not recommend using this Rent-A-Center location.

Wonderful customer service and very helpful from Herman to the 2 ladies at the desk, they have the best attitudes. Loved the experience and glad they had our washer and dryer. Would forever be a loyal customer to them!!
