I am a current customer at Aaron’s and have been since 2010. The manager at this store is horrible he can never answer any questions you ask him. Don’t know his name but he needs to be fired. After being with Aaron’s for 15 years. My days of doing business with them is over. Thanks to there current manager. Being waiting on him to call me back for a week. Wished I knew the general manager so they can get better management

I called them to get a recliner to help with post op sleep. They made me feel like they were really going to help ( saying things like ‘we havn’t forgotten about you, we are working on it’ etc)2 days later they refused to take and return my calls. Might be a good store if u are physically able to go to them but terrible service if u are home bound.

Wow!!! Loving my new furniture that I purchased on 7-01-25 @Aaron's of wilson nc. First of all I want to give 5 stars to the delivery guys Larry Jones & Demetrius Blackwell. They was so nice & respectful & they cleaned up behind themselves love that 😊 Next I want to say 5 stars to the manager and his team(Joseph Wiggins) Everybody was nice & friendly and made you feel comfortable!! Love that . Aaron's is my go to store 👍🏽 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 👍🏽 Highly recommend 👌🏽 Thanks Aaron's Mrs.Taylor

Horrible customer service! I'm not sure who i talked to, but FIX your attitude or get out of customer service! Catching a attitude as soon as she answered the phone. Wouldn't even get the manager on the phone because he was busy with inventory. He could of stepped away to handle the problem for 5 minutes. This will be the last place I ever buy furniture from! The furniture is cheap and crappy anyways! Our recliner broke within a year and we are still paying on it. Constantly harassing with phone calls even AFTER speaking to someone previously about setting up the payment for Thursday.

Hate to see negative reviews up here cause of one employee. But me and boyfriend have recently purchased a recliner from them that we absolutely love. We had initially purchased a really really nice reclining sectional that I loved but it unfortunately didn’t fit so we had to return it. Their policy is you can return a 1 day after it is dropped off but they were closed. My boyfriend call and explained the situation and they told us we can still return it which was amazing. The employee that helped up was Ema Jaimes she was an absolute sweet heart and made small talk with us through out the transaction and told us everything we need to know. Will be purchasing from them again.

I would give 0 stars to this place, but in order to do this review, I had to put 1 star at least. Today, 12/15 at 1:55PM, my daughter and I entered to this location in wilson looking for a sofa and love seat for my living room. there were two girls on the desk, one attending a customer and the other one just looked at us, ignoring us completely. While we were waiting for help for 30 minutes, a white man entered the place and the girl who was doing nothing hurried to go assist him, walking past us. since I was planning on spending my cash buying a sofa, loveseat, recliner, and needed the assistance. I mentioned to my daughter that I was going to write a review, and the girl overheard that word and came up to us asking if we needed help even after all the waiting. I told her I wouldn't be purchasing something from a place where we would be discriminated.

It’s sad to say I’m only giving one star. We love the furniture. The service was great. They delivered several items that were damaged, but were replaced within a week. My issue is that I made the mistake of financing with them. I made several payments, but they lost the Jan 2021 payment. It took several emails and about ten calls to “resolve” the missing payment issue. Ultimately, they credited the payment for the date they corrected it, not the date they cashed the bill pay check sent by my financial institution. One representative refused to let me speak with a supervisor and hung up on me. When the supervisor called me she said there was nothing else they will do. I have since filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Paying interest on your mistake is unacceptable and it should not take 19 days to resolve when I sent the proof of payment to them.

Sales staff was helpful and friendly. Delivery and assembly on our bunk bed was a reasonable price and was completed on time. What really impressed me was that one piece of the bed came broken from the factory and the assembly people put together the bed and then told me about the problem. They then came back two days later to replace the broken part. Im sure a less reputable furniture store would have just tried to hide the damage.
