I am a current customer at Aaron’s and have been since 2010. The manager at this store is horrible he can never answer any questions you ask him. Don’t know his name but he needs to be fired. After being with Aaron’s for 15 years. My days of doing business with them is over. Thanks to there current manager. Being waiting on him to call me back for a week. Wished I knew the general manager so they can get better management

I called them to get a recliner to help with post op sleep. They made me feel like they were really going to help ( saying things like ‘we havn’t forgotten about you, we are working on it’ etc)2 days later they refused to take and return my calls. Might be a good store if u are physically able to go to them but terrible service if u are home bound.

Wow!!! Loving my new furniture that I purchased on 7-01-25 @Aaron's of wilson nc. First of all I want to give 5 stars to the delivery guys Larry Jones & Demetrius Blackwell. They was so nice & respectful & they cleaned up behind themselves love that 😊 Next I want to say 5 stars to the manager and his team(Joseph Wiggins) Everybody was nice & friendly and made you feel comfortable!! Love that . Aaron's is my go to store 👍🏽 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 👍🏽 Highly recommend 👌🏽 Thanks Aaron's Mrs.Taylor

Horrible customer service! I'm not sure who i talked to, but FIX your attitude or get out of customer service! Catching a attitude as soon as she answered the phone. Wouldn't even get the manager on the phone because he was busy with inventory. He could of stepped away to handle the problem for 5 minutes. This will be the last place I ever buy furniture from! The furniture is cheap and crappy anyways! Our recliner broke within a year and we are still paying on it. Constantly harassing with phone calls even AFTER speaking to someone previously about setting up the payment for Thursday.
