We had the experience of shopping with Dee, she went above and beyond to make sure we got what worked best for our family!!! It was a very smooth process and you didn’t feel pressured to buy anything unlike most places you walk into. I would recommend her to anyone she made the process a breeze!!! Our delivery was set up in a timely manner and Kelvin was great when he came to deliver our new tv and sectional!!! He was very friendly with the kids in the home as welll sometimes my kids can be very shy but he had both our girls talking to him before he was finished!!! The delivery was a breeze as well as fast but he made sure everything was the way we wanted it to be and everything worked!!! I would also recommend kelvin as well!!! Overall we had an amazing experience with Rent-A-Center if you need something but can’t afford to buy without making payments this is the place to go!!!!

This store has whatever up to date home appliances to suite all your convenience. They deliver. Affordable. And, professional. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future.

I would just like to say that the staff in Spring Lake office are very friendly very courteous is a pleasure to work with them being a customer I've never been happier dealing with a company. It's always a pleasure when I call to talk with them to make my payments. I have to say they almost feel like family. Great job Rent-A-Center. Kelvin was super helpful. He made the process very easy and broke everything down so that we understood the agreement and made sure our delivery went smoothly. We will definitely be back!!!
