This is a place where I would not do business. First, they sell items twice. I inquired about a 55-inch smart television. Was used for nearly $400.00. A brand-new TV on Amazon is the same price, but it would be less expensive if the delivery fee was waived. My point is that these types of businesses are overpriced, charge ridiculous fees, and have poor communication. I chose to buy a brand new smart TV for the same price. Through Amazon.

Bought a brand new xbox and a bedroom set from here, they even allowed me to pick out my own headboard for it. Has great workers that are willing to communicate with you too!

Thank the sweet baby Jesus they got a new manager. This one is competent AND hilarious! I got in, got what I needed and left with a smile. Very happy, will return.

Went into the store looking for bunk beds and they had the perfect one. Customer service was great. I was able to make my purchase relatively quick. The only downside was as there was no inventory on the store so had to wait a week for the bed. However did get to the store the day they said and I was able to pick it up. Was very satisfied with the product. During the setup we discovered a defective piece. I called the store and they took the piece from the display bed so I could continue with setup. I would definitely recommend to this store.

Aaron's has the worst customer service in the world they call you none stop and come by your house unannounced then want you to pay for that. The manager talks to you any kind of way. This will be the first and last time I get something from there never going back I only gave them a star because they want let you post without one didn't want to give it to them.

I originally ordered a recliner online but had issues with getting the extended warranty. I went into the Roanoke Rapids store where Shirley took care of the issues. Wasn't a quick fix either. Phone calls had to be made . She was as nice as can be and very professional. Another employee Aaron even came over to help. They apparently read the Manuel on good customer service. Thank you to all involved.

I went into the store to purchase a bed for my new home. At first, the saleswoman made me feel like I couldn't afford LUXURY... and she was a bit passive when I asked her about certain things. Maybe she was being personable in her own way, I'm not sure. It did, however make me feel some type of way. I ended up buying a bedroom set for my daughter, which I paid cash for. Once this transaction was approved, her entire mood changed and I was "Ms. Bradley", but this is after I spent almost 1200 on just a bed.

I can’t for the life Of me understand the poor ratings. I have furnished my entire house within the past 2 years. From the kitchen to the bedrooms. I have referred several friends and family members and they too have purchased from Badcock from the Waynesboro and Roanoke Rapids stores. I NEVER write reviews as well but I have to speak up. My experience has been 10 ⭐️. Even in the midst of the pandemic, they kept in contact and kept me updated. Thanks so much to Paul, Annie and now Treasure.

Great furniture, but terrible experience so far. My first couch delivered was damaged and had to be returned. Then on the second delivery, they said it was the wrong couch. I am awaiting delivery number 3. Very disappointed. I would give zero review if I could. I'm only giving a 1 because I actually like the part of the living room set that has arrived.
