I Wouldn't Deal With This Place For Anything. I Would Do Without Before I Would Rent From Them. My Friend Rented A Refrigerator And They Brought The Wrong One And Lied About Ordering The Correct One. They Called About Getting Payments And Continued To Lie About Getting The Right Appliance.

The whole team here in Roanoke Rapids NC rent a center are amazing! Excellent customer service and they definitely keep you updated and provide the best deals! Absolutely love Ms. Jessica and her associates!! Delivery is always on time and all the guys are very nice and helpful!

My experience is poor. I often feel harassed by the staff when they call me before my payment is due or on the date that it’s due. I also feel disrespected by the store manager for lying to me and being verbally aggressive toward me. FYI, Roanoke Rapids, NC location.
