Went into the store looking for bunk beds and they had the perfect one. Customer service was great. I was able to make my purchase relatively quick. The only downside was as there was no inventory on the store so had to wait a week for the bed. However did get to the store the day they said and I was able to pick it up. Was very satisfied with the product. During the setup we discovered a defective piece. I called the store and they took the piece from the display bed so I could continue with setup. I would definitely recommend to this store.

I originally ordered a recliner online but had issues with getting the extended warranty. I went into the Roanoke Rapids store where Shirley took care of the issues. Wasn't a quick fix either. Phone calls had to be made . She was as nice as can be and very professional. Another employee Aaron even came over to help. They apparently read the Manuel on good customer service. Thank you to all involved.

I went into the store to purchase a bed for my new home. At first, the saleswoman made me feel like I couldn't afford LUXURY... and she was a bit passive when I asked her about certain things. Maybe she was being personable in her own way, I'm not sure. It did, however make me feel some type of way. I ended up buying a bedroom set for my daughter, which I paid cash for. Once this transaction was approved, her entire mood changed and I was "Ms. Bradley", but this is after I spent almost 1200 on just a bed.

I can’t for the life Of me understand the poor ratings. I have furnished my entire house within the past 2 years. From the kitchen to the bedrooms. I have referred several friends and family members and they too have purchased from Badcock from the Waynesboro and Roanoke Rapids stores. I NEVER write reviews as well but I have to speak up. My experience has been 10 ⭐️. Even in the midst of the pandemic, they kept in contact and kept me updated. Thanks so much to Paul, Annie and now Treasure.
