The store manager was very kind and helpful! The showroom was very well put together. I will be back for sure.
I didn't get a good expiernece this time around. I been a Badcock customer for over 6 years. The first thing that happened was my order was completely ordered wrong after I ordered online and also went in the store for them to confirm the order. The first delivery they did not have my whole order. The driver called the manager and she told him to move on as if my order was not important. The second delivery I did not get the right date/time. Nor did I get a confirmation call of the day they would reschedule it too. I was told I would get a discount for the confusion but after researching a discount was not added. I almost canceled the order but needed the beds.
I have not had a bad experience with this company. I have purchased several items from them throughout the years. Furniture as well as appliances. And their credit department is easy to work with as well. During the hard time of the pandemic, I had called to see about my payments, the young lady enlightened me to the fact that since I had paid my account down, my payments could be lower by a little. And at that time anything would help! Just made another purchase.
I went to the Raleigh location 4/11 and must say the customer service was impeccable! The sales person gave me time to walk around, answered my questions and was even helpful in making my decision. I bought 2 sets of living room furniture. I went to 4 major furniture stores first when I should have come here. They even do military discounts and the major furniture stores don’t… really! The whole process was pleasant and easy. I don’t usually write reviews but I always read them. I rate this furniture 5+. Check them out!
I’m rating two stars instead of one because our initial purchase experience was good and most of our furniture is great. However, do not depend on their customer service or warranty. We bought an expensive leather sectional with power recliners. One of the recliners stopped working over a year ago. Ever since then we have been trying to get it repaired under warranty. The repair was authorized and was covered under warranty, but we cannot get them to actually do the repair. Badcock subcontracts the work out to 4 Warranty Repair and Fast Furniture Repair. Both of these companies are incompetent. Badcock does nothin except to tell you to contact 4 Warranty. A replacement part was ordered after a repair man came out, but then nothing else happened. We called and called and they said that they were waiting on a part. Then we called and they said there was no record of the part order, so the replaced the order. Several months later after hearing nothing we called again. This time Badcock says that a part has been delivered to them and that we need to call 4 Warranty again. After another round of back and fourth we are told that we, the customers, need to come pick up the part and give it to the Fast Furniture service techs. The point of having a warranty is so that the product is fixed and I don’t have to deal with it. Now they want me to pick the sort up for them. Again this is after over a year, almost two, of them giving us the run around. Our sectional is still broken and the last I heard from anyone was telling us to go pick up the part and that they would not pick up the part or deliver it. They ordered the part, not me. If they wanted the part to be at my home then they should have had it delivered here. Horrible customer service.
