Poor management at this location (cashwell). However, Wayne memorial drive location has a great manager and made our experience easy peasy. Thank you wayne memorial rent a center.

The whole team is absolutely amazing. I have been with this location for 4 years now after leaving Aarons. Lori has done nothing but been great to us. I have never had a issue with this location. Lori, Angie, Mike and the drivers definitely deserve a raise.

This review is for the “boss lady”!! We have had a washer and a dryer from here for a few months only and the washer broke. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of none is because the mechanic who came here to find out what is wrong with the washer worked very hard and the guys who answer the phone tired to help as much as possible so I thank them for that. I was suppose to get a call back I was told 3 days in a row for some sort of conclusion or what will happen with the washing machine and when they can bring it back I never got a call back one time since they took the washing machine back.I have been without a washer now for 6 days and can’t get it back till next Monday and it’s only Thursday is what we are told. So that will be almost two weeks without a washer. The lady who says she’s the “boss” on the phone was very rude to my mother calling to ask when I would get my washer back she knows my kid needs school cloths clean and the boss was rude and not professional to my mother and tried saying nothing was wrong with the washing machine!!! That is NOT what the mechanic who came to look at it said he watched it not spin the water out and flip through cycles on its own. I have been very nice and patient and call to get updates because no one calls me back but being mean to my mother is not acceptable.

My first EVER payment was today and the amount they took out of my bank account did not match the amount that was on the emailed payment notification. The very rude and unprofessional lady keep saying I had this protection plan that wasn’t on the payment statement and that I needed to check my online account… why is Rent a Center sending out emails with false information? Also the lady never told me that there would be a charge for the over the phone payment nor the amount she was charging me before she took my payment. I will be contacting corporate and my bank about this matter.
