We have been working with Mycala, she has been amazing to us!! She has the best customer service skills that I've seen in a while. She is outgoing and friendly as well as very professional. She actually cares about her customers to the the point of coming in on her day off tomorrow to come personally deliver my wife's computer she has been desperately needing for school. I truly thought this place got shut down, and it should. Me and my family bought a couch set and coffee table set from Aaron’s and not even the day after we were covered in bed bug bites. They had one of there workers come in and do a “home inspection”. They looked at the couch and found one bed bug and told us to put it outside. They also claimed they would pay for the bed bug treatment, which they didn’t. They then harassed us everyday showing up trying to take the furniture because we weren’t gonna pay on something they told us to throw out, or pay on something that gave us bed bugs. We ended up calling the higher ups and they did a store inspection and we haven’t heard anything about them since. I was also told by a worker I personally know that they take the furniture with bed bugs and clean it with a carpet cleaner , then put it back out for sale.

My son bought me an oversized recliner chair that I had looked at awhile back. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They had to order the chair, which came in right on time, and was delivered and set up exactly when they said it would be. So pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Aarons. My new super size chair is so comfortable. Easily fits me, 2 grands and a dog and cat, lol. I couldn't be any happier

5 stars for Aaron's website and how easy it is to choose what I need and get the process started. I work long hours so it's difficult for me to find time to get to the store. Hopefully the service will be quick so I can get my dryer hooked up. Tired of the Laundromat

Aaron's is a good place to get quality products that I can afford. Over the long term it may cost a little more but I get great service and as long as u r paying for it they will fix it or replace it if any thing happens to it. Everyone there has always been very friendly and provide good service. My next living room furniture will come from there. I love the washer and dryer I have from them now.
