After almost 5 years not living in the Watertown area I get a message on Facebook from Lee Rushlow out of no where wanting to know how I’m doing because it’s been a while and when I say I’m no longer in Watertown I own a home and a step mom about to say I will not be buying anything from them ( I live 3-4 hours away)they blocked me strange and just plain rude and unprofessional

Ive known Lee for years and hes fantastic! I've never had any issues with them. Every time I've had a question about something or needed something they were very quick to respond. Will continue to rent from them.

Have been a customer for many years. Great customer service,they are super friendly and very helpful. They work with you to get you what you want. Have never has a problem with their merchandise and if we did they helped to fix it.

I would not recommend these guys due to they had given a contract for a couch and recliner that was supposed to be up soon but they decided to extend it once I tried to pay off the rest of it and it would have been 4 times the amount that was chosen paying 200 monthly they basically just took my money cause I had returned it due to not getting any calls from a supervisor to confirm and got no calls back sorry but not paying 5 grand for a couch and chair. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Poor service and poor attitudes and they will take your money.

Had the worst customer experience here they are Absolutely not for the customer they overcharge and are Sneaky. Got a laptop from them about 2 year ago And when I got it to my house it was  Overheating and would not stay on for more then 2 hours. Was apparently pre owned before and made me pay full price for it just about. had issues with it they supposedly fixed it and made it worse and my computer stop working and they told me that they would help me with 100$ off a new one if I wanted a new laptop and I was about  3 months away from paying off the laptop. And on top of all that I went back and forgave them for pretty much just taking all my money and got a Couch and recliner last year that if you look online it was only about alil over 1,000$ They wanted to  Charge me  alil over 4,000$  I mean I understand that they have to make their money somehow but that up charging is dramatic. All around disappointed!..
