What you can rent here
Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

Customer reviews
The store representatives are amazing helpful and go above and beyond for the customers. Thank you.
Wasn't happy with manager from the beginning. He lied about having the product then week later delivered display from store.
I’ve been waiting on my new order, that is in stock, since last week. Was told it would be delivered on Monday between 10:00-12:00. Put off plans to wait for my delivery and no one showed. Called at 12:00 pm to see what was going on and was told that they will be here between 1:00-3:00 because there guys were on an other delivery. Which I completely understand but a phone call could have been and I would have had no problem with. But No phone call was made. Very poor customer service and makes me want to reconsider my decision to rent anything with rent a center.
Honestly would like to give props to the Assistant manger at this location he’s a lot more helpful than the current manager “Josh” we have a broken bed set and told my girlfriend to fix it herself. And told her she can’t get approved for a metal frame but we just got off the phone with the assistant that’s in the store and he told my girlfriend she got approved no problem. So clearly Josh needs to be de-moted or just fired because we pay the bill on time and even pay for the insurance but STILL told us to “fix it” ourselves!
Kari is awesome to deal with I wouldn't wanna go to any other store her and her employees are awesome great customer service great on delivery great on prices and amazing specials stop into the store find what ever you need and Kari will have it for you thank you all for your great work
