Bianca was great to work with, was informative, assisting me with all questions and any questions I had she wasn’t 100% sure about she followed up with her manager to get me answers within seconds! She wasn’t extremely helpful and friendly and would come back to the store or recommend her to anyone in the future ——buffalo NY 14225 location

Money hungry scam artists. Manager is just as unprofessional as the employees. If I wasn’t halfway through my lease I would terminate right now. I will NEVER use this service EVER again.

The Walden location has been my favorite thus far. They're always going the extra mile to meet the needs of the customers and make sure they’re happy. I appreciate the kindness I always receive when coming in / calling in a payment. Caitlin & Keegan make sure that the customer comes first & leaves happy to the best of their ability. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

The store staff was very helpful. Delivery was on time. He did drop the couch on my table, but it was because he should have had another man to help. He apologized for the drop. It did break something of mine but I wasn't mad, accidents happen. He was nice. I made the tip smaller.
