I'm extremely frustrated. I scheduled a mattress move today because it was the only availability they said they had on my day off. My entire first apartment is set up and everything I own is a mile away with me having no car and having to work tomorrow. These people made a mistake on THEIR END and while I appreciate that their movers will come to me (as they were, you know, originally supposed to because i called and did MY ENTIRE PART) if they, happen to have spare time after getting to everyone else who did the exact same thing I did, I have a really hard time being falling down grateful. Now I have to wait until the brink of them closing to know if I have to walk a two mile round trip to round up the things I need for tonight and then scramble around in the morning between work and PRAYING that maybe these guys take grace on me and do the delivery on their time. They screwed my entire plans for moving and I'm actually very frustrated that it seems like I'm going to have no recourse for them making a huge mistake like this, I don't see how you can just act like ruining someone's plans MOVING INTO THEIR HOME like they don't work and go to school full time is some little thing. I am praying to everything almighty that they call in the next 10 minutes and are able to deliver and if not I am definitely calling tomorrow when the manager is in, and if that goes nowhere corporate. I get yelled at by customers all day at my job for things that were not employee error and it's very disheartening that I take the too-small amount of money I earn from that and give it to a company where employee error has completely screwed me over and they are obviously very non chalant about it

Pro: Staff were very easy to work with. Con: When in the store, there's no cell service, and when submitting documents on mobile, you'll have to walk through the building and back outside to get any cellphone service. Suggestion: Don't use DocuSign with in-store customers. Just print the documents to be signed then scan it in.
