Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Santa Fe.
Thanks to the Rent-A-Center staff for helping me with everything I needed for my apartment. Some people leave bad reviews, but they personally treat me very well, as long as I make my payments on time. The service is 10/10. If there's something I've seen on the app and I ask in the store, they help me right away! 😁
Chris we have known him for a long time that is why my wife and I will always come back to Rent a center. My wife has been with rent a center since 1996 and I have been a customer longer then she has. Best place to rent your elctronics and furnitureliving room and bedroom and washer and dryers. no matter what it is. .
Chris, Marissa, and Emily, are an awesome outgoing team! They were courteous respectful, and genuine! I was going back and forth and they were patient! One of the times I went I over heard the Store Leader’s boss chewing him out on something but to be fair he was the only one in store and handled everything in a professional and patient manner! As far as who ever was chewing him out I believe was his superior, that was totally unprofessional. But kudos to Chris for remaining calm during a stressful situation.
Chris has always been very flexible and always provides top tier customer service. Out of all the years I have been with Renta Center in two different States nobody has ever given the service he gives. He takes the time to work with his customers to find exactly what they are looking for and if you are not happy he will make it right with no judgment on your personal circumstances. He is a very hard worker and words can't express how grateful I am for his help.
