I've bought well over 10,000 of merchandise from this branch. Now dealing with the manager Jessie Blair, who continues to argue with me the customer. SOMTHING YOU DONT DO. Now the store is refusing to deliver my couch I ordered, due to a partial delivery. Like that's my fault I just want what I ordered. Called the BBB and reported the store. Next is a small claims, I sick of the bullshit.

All the employees at RAC on Milton Rd in Rochester are extremely helpful and polite. I was looking for a mattress and the manager said to me ( ur gonna love that mattress) hhe said he has bought 2 of them and he was right. I got nothing to say is u guys are the (bomb) need i say anymore........

The manager and the other workers are super nice. I had the best experience here for my first time.

I got an electric bike from these guys and it was put together poorly. It was my first time getting an electric bike, they gave me no knowledge about it. They also put me on a benefits plus package that I didn't know it was there until the bill came in. So I had to call them and shut it down. My bike is sound now, but I had to bring it to a professional to get it all straightened out.

The lack of communication and the fact I never even got my couch or my full refund is appalling. Whoever it is at your store that reads this, you know who I am., I’ve called you many times asking for my refund since the damn start my couch was delayed because it was “destroyed” but your store bluntly ignored my request. It’s honestly not worth it now at this point. Thanks for the one $39 refund after I waited and PAID 9 WEEKS. 9x39.9=$353.61. That’s how much I paid to be strung along for 9 weeks. I am not a person to make a post like this. I was extremely nice during this whole thing cause I get it. I’ve worked retail and calling yelling and being nasty never solves anything. But This store is terrible and needs to be just wiped clean of management and staff and started anew. I’m not even gonna bother to try and get the full money back because what’s the point.
