We have been with Rent a Center for many years. The customer service is amazing! Amber at the Missoula, Mt. store is one of my favorite sales people ever!! Dan is a great manager and is always helpful if I have any questions or concerns. Al deliveries have been prompt and professional. Our paperwork is a breeze online. We love the insurance coverage and feel protected when it comes to any purchase we have. There have been things that have happened and the insurance has been very helpful! Thank you! We look forward to seeing what the future of our furniture has in store!

I've had excellent experience with these people. I have bought quite a few products from them. I'm very satisfied. They are nice friendly people and they always help me set things up when they deliver them.

I absolutely love this place. I've bought a heated, vibrating recliner, 86"LG TV which I plan to exchange for a 85" Samsung TV at about the same monthly rate. A washer and dryer, TV stand, tables, and a TV stand with a false fire place in it. I am very happy with this place. You can buy used products for less money if you pay the same as cash rate and you have around 6 months to do it, all the while making payments dropping the same as cash balance, or you can pay the full duration and you are covered by their insurance. I'm very satisfied with your products and your services. Thank you. I was very creative when I bought the table, I put my reptile sanctuary on it. I protected it with plastic over it. Thank you.

5/5☆ I have been going through aarons for almost 2 years now. They told me the price from the start (the price from start to finish) and it hasn't changed. Payments are manageable and they are so friendly and kind, friendly, and professional. Anytime I have issues they are here the same day to resolve the issue.on the other end of things I also rent from rent a scammed (I mean center) I go through them for different products. I was told a price at the beginning and almost a year later it somehow changed. They also are trying to scam on payments and are not professional. Long story short if your looking to choose between the two. Go through aarons your experience will be so much better.
