We had the best experience here.. they all where so helpful. Jake and your team are amazing people.. our couch would not fit in the front door. Instead of giving up, they offered us a new set of couches that broke down and fit and made sure we had a couch by the end of the day.. Thank you guys so much.. Dorrie and Sylvia.

I had an issue not long ago with this store. After years of service, we decided to not work with then anymore. Fast forward to now, working with Jake ( the new manager) has been amazing! He took the time to find exactly what I was looking for, and had it scheduled for delivery right away! The agreement was thoroughly explained, and payments were so easy to set up!

I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to the Butte store! ❤️ The staff there has been so kind and compassionate to my family. When we fell on hard times they were very understanding and willing to work with us. This weekend I was finally able to come in and pay off my account! Yay! The man that helped me was AMAZING! He seemed genuinely excited and happy for us, not the "Ok you paid off your account there's the door" treatment you get at a lot of other stores. He's funny, personable, and always working hard whenever I see him. Matter of fact he's the one that delivered my furniture in the first place! It was a very full circle moment haha. I hope everybody in that store gets a raise, they deserve it! They are AMAZING people ❤️ I told myself when I paid off my account I wouldn't be back, I just needed a couch and a bedroom set. But this experience and especially the day I came in to pay off my account convinced me otherwise. I'll be back 😊 5 stars isn't enough!

Went in to find out more about the smart TV's. not to rent one but Rochelle was very helpful and informative about them. She was very nice and took the time to explain the differences in the brands and how they worked. She helped us make our decision in what we wanted to purchase. Thank You so much Rochelle!!
