Trying to return an Amazon purchase here since they say that they are a location that handles that. Staff was rude both times on 5/29 and 6/1 when I tried to return an item. The first said it would be AT LEAST 30-40 minutes, and the second time the other woman just said she wouldn't help me. I watched her for the first few minutes I stood there try to pressure somebody to get a washer and dryer, even though they said they didn't want anything today and we're just looking, then she told me the good news when she realized why I was there. I understand when someone works for commission, but if they are too busy to handle Amazon returns they shouldn't offer them. Every other place I have done a return they quickly scan the item and give me a receipt and I walk out 5 seconds later. Even if I have to wait, it's fine. It was the level of rudeness how I was told either wait close to an hour, or the second time "I'm not doing Amazon returns today". I felt like I should leave a review for anyone thinking about this place, in case they treat their rent to own clients the same.

First I would recommend the location in st.charels. Mary the manager is extremely kind and caring and has such a great team working. Kevin one of the team members is also extremely kind and caring. It's nice to have got my first washer and dryer with people like them.

Everyone but the manager James is easy to work with. When I asked James for his supervisors name and contact info he refused to give it to me. We have used this rent a center for years even before "James" was even an employee there! So tell me why since he has been manager we get a call Every Saturday early in the morning. I work nights. Or payments are due on Saturday by midnight. That's what we were told when we made our purchase. So why call about it if we are not and have never been late? I understand calling on Sunday when it's late but why call toady? Why didn't you notify us that you would call EVERY SATURDAY when we made our purchase? James is very immature, unprofessional, in no way is this man " manager" material. We have NEVER had a problem with anyone at this store in 10-15 years. All the sudden in comes James and everything is messed up and being ran in the most horrible way. Update: our Account is in my wife name Gabrielle Tat. Thank you all and we look forward to the call. Update: Over a month later and haven't received a call or anything from any District Manager. Still getting calls? Your company has went down hill and if nothing happens we will be going somewhere else.

Been doing business with this specific store for over 10 yrs. They have become so desperate that if the payment is 5-7 days late, you’ve communicated with the store, and are typically on time??? They show up at your house with a truck threatening to take your stuff. A fridge in this case. They didn’t care. It’s wild. They are desperate and it shows. It’s sad. Anyways……. There are many options online to make payment options through vendors selling items. Long story short, skip these guys. The aggression, and desperation they show with mediocre products?!? Nah. Not that deep.

Then came to my address trying to call the cops because my husband doesn’t currently leave at my apartment. Why did you put it in his name when I spent 20 minutes writing down my application and location only for you to ignore it, THEN accuse me of stealing? When I ask that question he didn’t even have an answer for me. Big waste of time.

this store has the best customer service. They are very professional and greet you very respectful. Good people to do business with. I have purchased a living room outfit with them, now washer and dryer. long time customer...
