Moved into town roughly a month ago and was looking for a particular sort of chair, and thought this place would be the best option since they have delivery service. However, the guy at the desk screwed up and put us on contract for a chair that was already sold and didn't decide to tell us this until the next day. (Note the manager said today that he would have refunded us the down payment the day of the cpntract signing- but that makes zero sense why he would say this since they are the only ones who knew the chair was sold until the following day.) The employee who screwed up said also said he charged us incorrectly, and for an item we had not even SEEN let alone agreed to, and the [already claimed] chair I wanted was actually significantly less than the price he tried selling to us for because it was already missing parts and not fully functional as an electric chair. I didn't care about the electric part- I shop for the size, feel, texture, and color, and whether or not it does the basic thing it should as a rocking recliner. The employee said he would try to find a chair similar and tried to pawn off one form their website that wasn't close to the right size and was frankly the ugliest thing I had ever seen. And I'm not agreeing to some gross box-looking chair just because it's slightly similar in color. The employee said he would keep looking, and we never heard back from them so we assumed they never found a chair- which they didn't- and chose to list the item as "returned" in their system instead and cancel the order/item entirely without totally discussing it with us first. They used this as an excuse to nto give my $16 down-payment back- and argued that they weren't going to because I agreed to no refunds in the contract. The contract stated no refunds for RETURNS, but I never GOT an item because the one I did want was ALREADY SOLD and they didn't say so until the NEXT DAY AFTER the signing, AND they never found a replacement or something I liked, THEN chose to lie to their own systems by calling it a return and STILL keeping my money after being dishonest and uncommunicative during this entire month-long problem. It isn't my fault that they couldn't find something I wanted- I have to have a specific environment in my house as someone with ptsd and major sensory triggers. If they are unwilling to be honest and upfront WELL in advance and actually try to work something out, they don't deserve my business or anyone else's. If they had a goal of having a worse business ethic than those fake pop-up sites from facebook then they've certainly accomplished THAT much by committing monetary theft and fraud and then having the audacity to say they'll only give it back as a credit toward another item of theirs. I don't tolerate this behavior from scammers let alone from people we've talked to in-person. I've already filed for a scam charge on my card to hopefully get my money back, and even if I don't I'm never setting foot in any store of theirs a second time. And you bet I'll he posting this review repeatedly if I have to because if you're going to run a business and steal from me you better believe I'll make sure everyone else knows about it. They're just lucky google doesn't allow a rating less than one. They deserve a zero for their behavior during my experience.

The service and delivery guys were absolutely awesome. We enjoyed the experience. I absolutely love my new bed. Can't wait for bedtime.lol
The guys at national TV showroom in Nevada are excellent with their customer service. Was impressed with their politeness and character.
Very intellegent humans telling me how the deal works and gives me great opportunities to obtain these items called "furnitures" even though my score is bad and my income is low but regardless they somehow manage to make that deal and got me happy with my new beanbag that turns into a queen bed 😉
