My experience as a new customer has been absolutely amazing! Randy Blackburn is a very respectful manager and was absolutely tentative to what I was looking for! So for anyone who hasn’t rented from national in Camdenton y’all need to go check it out!!

Great service, great couches! The delivery guys were super kind, careful moving our couches in and out of the house, and patient as I had to put up my crazy dogs when they arrived! 🤣

National refused payment due to being 26$ short. Charged for coming to the house to let me know i was 2 days late. So i went in with my 200$ payment they said they couldnt accept because i didnt have the 26$..they then told me to call someone n ask to borrow the 26$...I had called them a couple weeks ago to pick up couches and even told them I needed to get caught up on bills and they told me no wait till next payment to see if things change.

All of the staff were helpful in helping me find the right fit for my living room! I have been doing business with Randy for years and the quality of the furniture has always held up. Will continue to shop at the Camdenton location

LITERALLY drove 35 minutes for NOTHING. My son needed his e-bike to be fixed, because of an issue, and was told there was another one there that he could use till his was fixed. Got there, and the gentleman said someone had already made a payment on that said e-bike. So why not tell my son this over the phone... They tried showing him another e-bike that literally only went 15 miles an hour. The e-bike he has, is for transportation to his job, and he really needed one that was the same as what he had. The one he has, goes 35. Me and my son were VERY disappointed after finding this out. We will not be returning, or getting anything from this store ever again.

Channie n Thomas they r very rude n very disrespectful very unprofessional towards their employees Jeff n Joe are amazing workers they very polite n respectful they come n hook up n if i have questions they answer them they always have smiles on there face but i wont be renting through this company tolerant n all American rentals r the places to go n rent from they work wit you n they r very respectful to their employees and their customers I highly recommend going through those two places I mentioned avoid this company if all possible And I recommend not working for them as well never seen a company treat or employees like a dog like they do theirs Specially, when a worker forgets an address and the manager knows they forgot it and just never text Their employees we are supposed to be a team not against your employees, especially with you want them to get their job done and a certain amount of time I would hope u can share this with ur employees specifically Jeff n Joe they r they the two best workers there if not I will screen shot n send to them directly thank you they deserve a lot more respect then u give them I wouldn’t want to be my managers or anything like that. The store is worthless to hang up on people delete post. When people speak in their opinion.

We have used nationals since 2011 and have only ever had wonderful experiences. They've even helped is out in a jam when our washer and dryer went out on 2 separate occasions bringing a new one out each time.

One of the best furniture and appliance store i have ever been to some of the best customer service there really easy to get along with and everybody there has the customer in mind first. Overall everybody there and the store is super professional
