Customer reviews
The people that work at Rapid Rentals in Forest, MS are the best I'm so greatful to be doing business with such wonderful people
Very professional and friendly staff. We love using them for all our needs.
The young man I spoke with was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. I did not get his name. I wish I had because as a person that has worked in the retail field both as a cashier and a manager. I would NEVER have spoken to anyone the way he spoke to me, and as a manager I would have NEVER tolerated one of my employees being that disrespectful to ANYONE. If I decide to continue to do business with Rapid Rentals it WIN NOT be with the forest location.
Have had no trouble while paying for my furniture they are very helpful with questions or anything you may need.
Micheal was very nice and explained everything to me. He really helped me out a lot. Need more workers like him
My experience at rapid rental was soo good and the people who helped me today were nice and help me obtain a ps5
I've been a customer of Rapid Rentals for five years. While I've used the Newton store, I'm very impressed with the Forest store.
