The atmosphere is so welcoming with the ladies who work in there. I had the pleasure of dealing with the sales lady Temeka when I purchased my item. She is so lovely and very professional. I would recommend anyone that's needing anything to check Rapid Rentals out in Newton, MS you will not be disappointed.

Update: I’ve been doing business with these two for a good while now and they are still the very best! They actually care about the customer experience and seems like they care very much about what their customers are going through. Always there with a word of encouragement or praying for them also! Me and my wife love em as family and that’s because of them and the service they provide to each customer! We would a million percent recommend them to anyone! KEEPONKEEPINON Pierre and Ms. Shonda! We appreciate all y’all do for your customers and community! God bless! Mr Pierre and Ms Shonda are some of the best folks we’ve ever done business with as far as rentals! They are very professional and considerate to everyone who walks in the door! We really enjoy doing business with them and it’s because of them that we don’t go anywhere else when we need an item whether we just need something for a week or two or something like the other things we have from their store that we have and most is almost paid off! Well. Mrs Tracy is amazing! She is very understanding! Now the manager he wants to blush the product to you but if something needs to be replaced or fixed! Don’t look for him to. I had a fridge for almost a year never received it. My items way damaged when they moved my things to my new address. I have reached out over 2 months and still no word or call about the damages. Again ms. Tracy she is an angel. She needs a raise!

They treated me like I was apart of their family and being that I'm new here that made me very more than welcome. They were polite when they came into my home fast and efficient. They took the tape and all off my appliances and even took their trash with them. My experience with Rapid Rentals was wonderful and would recommend them to anyone!
