I'm new clients give me 6months then I send in a review. Now Ms.tracy are nice easy to communicate with elderly peoples.

They treated me like I was apart of their family and being that I'm new here that made me very more than welcome. They were polite when they came into my home fast and efficient. They took the tape and all off my appliances and even took their trash with them. My experience with Rapid Rentals was wonderful and would recommend them to anyone!

Rapid Rentals in Poplarville has always been kind to me and helping me in every way possible. The staff are very friendly. If u don’t understand something they go out of their way to break everything down to help u understand it no matter how many times it takes. I have had so many great and amazing items to come from them and have always paid them off in the amount of time for the “same as cash”. If they don’t have something u want they can always order it for u. Delivery has always been amazing. I love these guys. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks u guys! Y’all are the best!!!

The young man I spoke with was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. I did not get his name. I wish I had because as a person that has worked in the retail field both as a cashier and a manager. I would NEVER have spoken to anyone the way he spoke to me, and as a manager I would have NEVER tolerated one of my employees being that disrespectful to ANYONE. If I decide to continue to do business with Rapid Rentals it WIN NOT be with the forest location.

Rapid furniture in collins ms is a no go they wait till your almost done with there furniture note then find ways to report ur furniture also they will discuss anyone account with bystanders they have no respect when it come to the there customers if you think that you are value then get close to paying off ur merchandise then you'll see
