Rapid furniture in collins ms is a no go they wait till your almost done with there furniture note then find ways to report ur furniture also they will discuss anyone account with bystanders they have no respect when it come to the there customers if you think that you are value then get close to paying off ur merchandise then you'll see

Manager does not keep his word!! I had open heart surgery, and I needed a recliner to sleep in because I was unable to lie down on my back in a bed during my recovery... I called RAPID RENTAL in Bay Springs and told the manager what I was looking for, he told me that he didnt have anything but he'd call Newton and ask them and he would call me back, WELL HE DIDN'T!! I ended up calling him back a few days later, and he apologized. I felt some type of way, but he did get me a beautiful recliner... fast fwd,, after my recovery I went to the store and asked him how can I take the chair apart so I can move it,, he told me that he'll send someone the next day at 930am,, NO ONE CAME AND HE DIDNT BOTHER TO CALL ME THAT DAY OR THERE AFTER!! I understand that he may be busy at times, but as a manager he should keep his word or at least communicate accordingly!! Betcha I'll hear from him if that pmt be late!@

Really really nice ,respectful, people to help find you exactly what you’re looking for and help in any way they can. I didn’t like the first washer I had leased and they got me one I liked and delivered it same day as when I told them I wasn’t happy with the washer I got. The new one is awesome. I got new washer and dryer set. I love them very much …They also will work with you and payments. Very great experience. Very wonderful to be able to get a washer when I didn’t have the money to go out and buy one….

The ladies in the store are very helpful and friendly. They explained everything and were very patient with any questions I had. And the two gentlemen that have delivered to me both times were extremely prompt, professional and careful moving things in and out of my house. The best delivery service I’ve experienced to date. Highly recommend the Newton, MS location.
