What a great experience with this store! Latoyna is awesome at giving recommendations and making you feel at home while checking out furniture sets. Very clean environment in their store on 28th. Aaron and Blake delivered our furniture set. We had some obstacles with fixtures and our door during our recent move, but they were very professional and took great care to make sure our furniture and our apartment was safe and unharmed. Thanks a ton everyone, great experience with you all! PS: Our couch we bought is called the Midnight Madness (chocolate), super comfy!

The staff are rude and unprofessional. Had someone living in my home who rented from there. He moved out and left the furniture. I went to the store and told them I needed to return it.Manager said they could not take it back. I said I would take over payments if they put it in my name. I had to hunt the guy (who lived with me) down to go there with me to take him off the account. I was made to believe he was off the account and it was only in my name so I started paying for it. Only to find out they was calling him for payment as well. They then come to my house looking for him and the furniture because I refused to pay until it was in my name. Manager called me said her boss told her how to switch it but needed some kind of code from her boss. This was on Halloween day. I waited for a call back. She called after 6 to say she hasn't heard from boss yet. She will call tomorrow. Never heard back from her. Next thing I know they are calling him for money again. Then on 11/13/24 while I am out of state she trys calling me for money and apparently to switch it to my name. I already done signed paperwork for that when him and I went in there together. I get back in town and go to work yesterday to get a rude message saying they have called multiple time and are gonna come get the furniture if I don't pay almost 500.00 dollars. She stated I had to pay this before it could be put in my name. All this while calling and trying to get money out of him. So I get home last night from work to find an empty living room because he thinks I'm trying to swindle him This place is so shady!!!!! Save yourself headache and go elsewhere

They lie about everything they give you the run around. FIRST TIME COMING AN THIS YOUNG LADY LATONYA IS VERY FRIENDLY AN WAS HELPFUL. I HEARD ALOT OF BAD THINGS ABOUT RENT-A-CENTER! I WILL NEVER LISTEN TO ANOTHER PERSON AGAIN!! I WILL BE LETTING PEOPLE KNOW TO COME AN RENT!! THANKS AGAIN LATONYA E

I was going to rent a washer /dryer combo.. They dropped it off and neither one worked. It took them 2 weeks for them to come pick it back up. I was willing to get a new one from them but they never followed threw with ordering them.

The only reason why I give it a five star is because of Latonya. Everybody else that I have dealt with at this location was very unprofessional and they harrass people. They came to my house and put me on the phone with an employee who responded to me with "what up doe". You do not speak to customers like that and you do not represent a business like that. If Latonya didn't work here I would have given my product back and never dealt with them again. She should be rewarded for her great work because it seems like she's the only professional one in the office and the other lady that sits in office but I don't know her name. The men need some customer service training or something or needs to be replaced.
