I've had nothing but a great experience with the staff!! They do everything they can to make a happy customer and excellent products!! So greatful for them helping me and finding the perfect appliances for me and my family and payments that fit my budget! I love this place! Its so good for ppl like me who don't have lump sums of money and being on limited income to buy the things my family needs!! Absolutely no complaints at all!!!

This place is terrible to lease from. You pay, then they go on your account and recharge it, so then you get a bunch of charge backs on your bank account. And they show up acting like your balance is still owed. We had them come get our stuff today because with the amount of charge backs we had to pay, our stuff could've half way been paid off. One of the men proceeded to tell my husband I was "tripping" the time before because he was pounding like he was the police. I opened the door realized he wasn't who I thought he was and shut the door in his face. Very unprofessional and nothing but a joke of a company. Stop doing such a shitty job. And learn how to be professional. Now as of today they are charging our card after the account has been closed and they have the products!

I always get excellent service here my husband and myself have gotten a few things from here very good quality items. Easy to manage i like the automatic payment option it makes my life easier i can be very forgetful at times. The people in the store are great and just so friendly and patient and the people who dropped off each item to the house were also very helpful and friendly all together a great experience

Yes good morning this is Ernest Allaway and I live in Flint Michigan and I rented my furniture on Lapeer road in Flint Michigan it is so sad one a day workers told me all my stuff I bought from them is brand new and they lied to me and I was sold a 65 in don't even work and it's still in the plastic and everything else I order already damaged and the guy that work with them will you still work with them he promised me the furniture I got was brand new then he called me back and said we just got the real new furniture in Ernest so I went on and took this word for it then I seen everything was messed up with it he sold me the used furniture that was in a store he tried to sell me before everything I got is basically used and I was lied to is just sad it ain't about the money it's all about respect in false advertising your product like I said a 65 in ain't even out the plastic and it don't work and the best they can do said I miss my deadline on the payment agreement it's just crooked and unfair in the and the stand my TV sit on that's my other TV they tell me the stand was brand new it's missing a drawer that goes into it a completely damaged 🤔😤😡

Rent a Center ....... Staff at the Lapeer store are the most patient, understanding ppl I've ever met in my life . I am grateful to them !!! Thank you guys ( and Gals ) 😁. So if you ever decide to rent to own , I would gladly recommend the Lapeer Rent a center ..(On Lapeer Road )
