Highly unprofessional and very deceitful when it comes to costs associated with your rental. Do not let them add on LDW or RAC benefits which is $6.00 biweekly to your rental agreement as they do not know what qualifies you for them and will NOT equitably apply them correctly to your rental agreements to incur fees and added costs. The store manager Mr Bryant is very dismissive of your concerns and refuses to provide documentation you are requesting concerning your rental. I was in the hospital and called me several times during my stay, my surgery and came to my home multiple times during my recovery for several months knowing I was awaiting their RAC benefits to be approved. They harassed me often after business hours as well which is recorded on my cameras and illegal. They misapply payments and are deceitful on added costs to your rental. The ONLY people that have been kind and considerate at this location are Ms Chenille and Daniel. Definitely lost a customer due to the inconsistencies involving finances, lack of knowledge and transparency on RAC financial products and constant harassment of renters. They also said my fridge didn’t have damages and it came with scratches and a cracked drawer. Terrible experience as they slid it across the concrete sidewalk to get it in my house. I absolutely refuse to continue verbally talking to the dishonesty and disrespect I received from this location. Ask about ALL costs because they are SNEAKY in just adding extra costs to your rental. Update: as of December 31, 2025 I was charged a recovery fee of $10 each for my fridge and stove. I informed Mr Bryant in writing that I have changed payment dates and when I would be making my next payment and instead he continued to increase my payments with extra fees. This is a habitual habit of theirs. Submitting my complaint to AG and CFCB with my documentation of fraud committed by staff at this location.

Yes Rent-A-Center is a great place to rent from they got a good team and let them help you to help them they beautiful people and what I had wrote is sad I was just going through something which is not their problem and if somebody asked me about getting anything I will refer them to Rent-A-Center cuz they really help me sorry for the inconvenience in my stupidity cuz you guys ain't been nothing but great to me the whole staff I apologize and I appreciate you Guys

I have put in multiple requests to be contacted by EMAIL only because of something I had go on, only to be ignored and harassed via phone calls. It's got so bad that I had to block the number to stop getting the phone calls because I had specifically requested more than once to contact me via email. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be harassed by phone call DAILY.
