First of all, I have rented with rent a center for over a year. I paid off two products and wanted a new computer. I was able to place my order and even used an offer code provided for no first monthly payment, and 15% payment reduction and 25% reduced cost to own. I dealt with one worker who said she’d honor the coupon than was provided for me, and I had 0 issues. Allegedly a store manager called me and said I lived outside a service area, couldn’t tell me which stores service area I lived in, and said they wouldn’t honor my coupon. So I now had to pay monthly instead of bi weekly, and there was a large amount due up front. She wouldn’t answer my concerns, AND when I said I really wasn’t interested if my coupon offer wasnt going to be offered, she let out a little noise of attitude, and then when i said to have a good day she just hung up on me. As a customer for a while, this is a horrible experience with rent a center, and I will not be doing business with them anymore. Corporate leaves you on hold for half an hour and doesn’t answer their number. Clearly they aren’t concerned with customer retention who have paid off MULTIPLE items with them.

There's people are no good They don't know how to conduct proper business I had a refrigerator delivered went fine then had a washing machine deliver there delivery / installation men took the easy / LAZY way out hooked up too old freaking style water line / hot and cold hoses I return home to a flooded out house due to leak from washing machine I make a complaint about it Now they riding me behind one missed payment due to holidays and three kids needing stuff Well they can call and schedule a appointment with me to pick up the appliances when kids are not around But trust me they well receive a bill for my clean up and repairs made to my home due to the clumsy installation of washing machine Please note this review is directed at Markeith B Rude and unprofessional will not work with me one a payment extension ok please schedule a appointment with me in advance for pick up of your appliances thanks I also have a complained I made about the poor installation of the washing machine Like I said please prepare for a service bill form me for the repairs to the damage of my home due to the flood of poor installation of washing machine clean up cost from servicemen $700.00 estimated repair of damaged floor needs changing and to lay down new laminated rug on top of the floor $2,000.00 total estimated cost of oil repairs $2,700.00 not including the labor maybe 🤔 we can work on a check you report about the service of washing machine I didn't make a complaint also filed a complaint with the BBB SO EVERYTHING BE DOCUMENTED PROPERLY maybe we can come to a agreement refrigerator and washing machine on the house to cover my cost of damaged from your man not installing washing machine properly Chad Sonnier

I Am So Grateful, Happiness, And So Much Joy GOD And I Finally Have Together On Every Day From This Moment With His Presence And Faith He Knows In My Heart ❤️.The Chance To Make It Right And Show GOD That I Am With Him Every Step Of The Way trying to finish holiday shopping for Home then shop for the kids afterwards. I did mostly everything on line and it was easy. Then when i spoke with the sales lady Mrs Francis she finished everything and was very polite and courteous. I really enjoyed purchasing the tv.

I never got the rental I paid for and I also didn't receive any service on a product I pay insurance on and when I tried to explain to the worker at the Opelousas La store she screamed at me and hung up on Me. I was already going through grieving and mourning a loss and she left me with no hope and made my experience traumatizing to say the least. I have been a customer for over 5 years and just paid off $4000.00 washer and dryer set that needs to be seen by a tech and I have only been told that the tech couldn't be found or she wasn't answered as to a time of availability, screamed at and hung up on. She left me in tears, literally!
