Rent a center is scam ive been late on my payments but i call to make sure they know when i can pay i got a living room set taken from me today because i requested to be returned so it would drop my bill down. But i then got a call for them to come back for my bed that payment was going to be paid tomorrow but the person on the phone cursed me out threatened me and told me they were going to get it one way or another wow. I then had another company here bringing in my daughters bedroom set and they called that company saying dont rent to her first off thats not legal at all and then what right do u have so now i have no furnisher because rent a center has some shady people in they business not to mention they wanna try to refund me the money back ive been paying on my stuff ya right heard it befor wont do business with them ever again u cant come into someones house demanding stuff that is being paid for and has a payment arrangment set up u say u dont want my business because u met someone who isnt going to let u threaten them or curse them out in front there kids

Would not advise doing business with them had a game system from them I was out of town working kind of forgot about it and it was like 5 days late on payment they wouldnt accept it and wanted the system back, when the guy arrived at the house I told him not to pull the truck in the driveway he then threatened me with meeting after work not professional at all these people have watched one to many episodes of lizard lick or dog the bounty hunter the game console was also broke had one control that didn't charge and one had stick drift like crazy but they said it was brand new they are nothing more than scammed miss a payment there pounding on the door like the police and very rude wont do business with them again!

Murphy The Man! Helped us find 2 nice couches, which we absolutely loved! Very nice man, very quick with all the responses my wife wanted and needed.
