I have been buying from this Aaron's for 20 years or so. 98% of the time I get great service! Have only had 2 instances of bad customer service and rude workers there in that time frame. I have bought from them so much that I should be a platinum preferred customer by now.

The manager was very unhelpful. Wouldn't sell a recliner that had an individual price tag but she said I'd have to buy the whole furniture set instead. She told us to go order online and acted annoyed to do her own job. She was pretty rude and I'll never go here again.

Great place. Easy to do business with. Ms Lynn is awesome. The quality of the products is great. We got catnapper recliners and a fire place. They are very good quality. We're very happy.
