Just a fridge off of rent a center in Winchester I had picked it up and before hand was unable to see that it had mold in it and the motor doesn’t work. And it is getting so hard to get a replacement fridge. And the two guys that were I had called the store about this complaint and hung up on me and was so rude about it. All I wanted was someone to understand this situation and help me try to solve this issue. And I’ve called several other stores and corporate and all I’m needing is help
Got a 2 piece sectional, paid in full. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Within a week of having the couch moved in I've noticed bite marks from insects on my back and arms. Sure enough I've found 2 bed bugs. I hope for future reference you all decontaminate any repossessed or purchased furniture from anywhere or anyone.

I purchased a Washer and dryer from them about a year ago and I couldn’t have asked for better people. I am now purchasing a phone and Justin went above and beyond to get the phone. Ray is also someone I have talked to and he’s been very kind and helpful. I don’t know anyone else’s name, but I can say that everyone at my location in Winchester, Ky is absolutely amazing.

Kim the General Manager is great she treats everyone like a human being and realizes life sometimes happens. Jennifer is kinda rude and more worried about her sales and collections compared to the customers.
