Tori was so patient with me regarding my new laptop purchase. The Winchester, KY store took over my account after Aaron’s closed the Nicholasville, KY store. I am very happy to be with the Winchester, KY store now and highly recommend them!!!

I was supposed to get my washer today and never got it. Even though I’ve kept in contact with you guys all week long. Waited all day for them to tell me delivery guy is done for the day. They put me on the delivery schedule for today LAST WEEK, just crazy to me. And I called 3 times today she told me they were coming still. Like get it together

Bottom of the barrel. Trashiest employees ive ever dealt with. No training or skill and they canceled my order after waiting for weeks without any information. Kept my money also im STILL WAITING 10/29/2025!!!
