I love it here. The vibe is so much fun. Always fun music playing and free drinks 🍸 like soda lol. I recommend this place for anyone's rental needs! They do offer temporary rentals too!

Been a customer for years Never had an issue before then last week my sister dies. Tell them that I’m waiting on bereavement pay when I call and speak to them yesterday and made an arrangement Today comes I go in for my preop for my surgery while I’m in there. I get a phone call from Rent-A-Center. I leave to get ready to take my kids to their mom’s a rent a center van passes by and it just so happened the same guy Calvin that I made the arrangement with the day before and told him I would try to pay the next day if they gave me my bereavement pay or next week and he said it was fine just to keep him updated. He was the one that showed up at my house with the van trying to collect like I never made an arrangement I get it’s a business but they do not care now whether you’ve just had a death in your family or nothing theyre all bloodthirsty and want their money right then and right there

The guys at Rent A Center are always helpful and nice. If there is a problem they fix it nearly immediately. We have been their customers for over 20 years and they have gone out of their way for us on many occasions. There are also some good deals and advantages to this type of service too if you use a company like this one who actually care. I'd recommend our local store in Somerset, KY. Chris Lockard(Mgr) does a good job.

Customer Service was very poor, rude, unorganized and no one was on the same page. Was going to get a laptop for schooling and the sticker price said $26 and some change and by the time I was ready to pay the total ended up being like $65 with a weekly payment of $47. Not sure how or why the price changed. And to add to it, the lady that was trying to finalize my agreement was very rude and stuck up.
