I agree with the half a star option. We got a couch off of them and it was broken on arrival,(the right footrest didn't want to go up or down properly), but they claimed it was brand new/slightly used. They did replace the couch, but when the same thing happened to the "new" couch, they claimed that we had completely destroyed the first couch after just 4 days of having it, claiming there were cuts, stains, and damage to the first couch, so we asked they if they could repair it, (it is know to happen to these couches so they told us) they refuse to replace the second, even tho we have only paid on the couch for a couple of weeks and then refused to replace it because of "the history from the first couch"...there should also be a warrenty on the furnature at the time of payment.

If I could I’d leave 1/2 star. Been with Aaron for eight months now I got a PS5 off of them. My payments were $129 a month which I was OK with things got a little rough this past month with an unexpected bill. Aaron called me and said hey, you’re late you need to make a payment and I told them I couldn’t until at least Wednesday And they told me they couldn’t do that. They needed their money now this company needs to learn to show respect to their customers, especially their Loyal customers definitely will never go here again for anything some of the rudest people.

Mostly friendly staff, prices are fair for what everything is nowadays. Love the layaway style SAME AS CASH time that they offer to avoid the leasing fees. Highly recommend
Bought what I was told a new couch and love seat which was totally junk. So I had them order me another one, and waited weeks to finally get what they told me was new, and it was bigger piece of junk than the first set I got so I told them to get the junk and take it all back. I would recommend buying from them I didn't find them trust worthy at all. Nor their stuff reliable. Not my opinion just simple facts.
