Most awesome furniture is great beds are so comfortable. They traded in my couch for a smaller one within the period they said they would and credited my account with previously paid on the 1st couch. When I couldn't afford to put my small amount down on my table they took care of it. I want send a special thank you to Joey for being so awesome, understanding and polite. Thank you for helping us have furniture from out BIG move from Maine.

Joey and the rest of his team are great people! Very friendly and very helpful! Very understanding and very reasonable and respectful! Other than one small hiccup and miscommunication, my experience with RAC has been wonderful! I have never met a bunch of guys that are aa respectful as they are! Just make sure you communicate with them and they are happy to work with you! One time they made a whole payment for me out of their own pockets! It’s always yes ma’am or no ma’am and I would happy recommend the Franklin location to anyone! 10/10 god bless these sweet boys and that sweet lady that works there too! 🙏🏼🥰❤️

I had to make a mad dash in on my lunch break to sign paperwork and the team made the process smoother and faster than I expected. Sam also personally drove to another location to pick-up my chair because there was a stock issue with the one I ordered. If I need more stuff, I'll definitely be back.
