We rented some stuff from Mike's rent to own and I lost my job and instead of taking my stuff back they did a hardship thing for 2 months where my payments were cut in half. I love these guys and would recommend to other people to use them. They work with you when you're having problems.

When you think about a top notch person in customer service, you think they are kind, willing and eager to help, going above and beyond, have compassion and most importantly they make you feel like family. That my friends describes Robert perfectly. I can't say enough good things about him and the incredible way he treats the customers. Every company in America should take lessons from him!

Robert, Alexis and Ben are always friendly and customer oriented. They are very easy to work with and make the shopping experience more bearable. If what I am looking for or want isn't in the store they do not hesitate to start checking with other stores or finding something comparable in their store.
