They Don’t seem to understand a contract I set payments for every two week and some how I due every week. On top of that they keep calling everyone on the my list like I don’t answer them. Never had an issue I till they changed new managers. Been doing business since September 2024 no issues Till now. Wouldn’t do business with them after this. Worst customer service. Honestly rent a center has better service compared to these clowns.

I needed furniture for my new place and didn't have a ton of finances to use on it. The team helped me with ease and made everything affordable for me. They just happened to make it work to deliver it the same day so I got lucky there. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Definitely happy I decided to go get my furniture through Ace Rent-to-Own in Sioux City, IA. Thank you guys you are the best!!

They have some nice stuff at the store. I was all set to buy a bedroom set and then was told they couldn't deliver for 3 to 4 weeks minimum. The others in town offered delivery within a day or two so I guess I'll go visit them.

Yes I had called them a week prior to going down and purchasing this. They held it for me the whole time and they were very easy to work with very pleasant experience I would recommend anybody looking to go to a rent-to-own place to search Ace rent-to-own a locally-owned how did Nebraska. A+. 5 star business transactions and customer service
